I offer lessons on Saxophone, Clarinet, and Flute from raw beginner to advanced. I also offer help with music theory, and composition (i.e for GCSE projects etc). Teaching is tailored to your individual requirements. I have an abundance of patience and always seek to encourage my students. Regular monthly goals are given to younger learners with a small choice of prize each month upon completion. Exams may be taken, but are by no means compulsory. Lessons often contain a variety of technical work, memory work, performance skills, ensemble playing (duets, or with CD/Piano accompaniment) aural training, improvisation and more.
All students are given or emailed a monthly newsletter containing teaching dates, useful information, and sometimes tips on effective practice etc or other topics.
Lessons are usually 30 or 60 minutes long to suit your requirements. Please contact me for further information regarding tuition.
