It seems a busy time of year at the moment, I have a number of projects on the go.... I was pleased to meet the deadline for my piano / Clarinet / Saxophone piece which I called Myriads. I'm currently working with a small team arranging a musical based on the book of Ruth from the bible. It's actually very interesting and i'm enjoying letting my 'Lloyd weber' side emerge!

 

This month I welcome some new students, so am looking forward to working with them and sharing my passion for the woodwinds.

 

Concert season has once again started with Equinox and our concert at Bunny (near Notts) seemed to be very well received. It was a treat to play a solo item (accompanied beautifully by the other saxes). We're at Bramcote next at the end of November so check out the calendar later as it will be added in soon.

 

There will be new music available to buy very soon, including a Tango for saxophone quartet/Octet, a tango for saxophone and piano, and possibly Myriads too. As soon as these are available I will post them on the news page.

 

Also, exciting news is that in 2010 I will be recording my first CD in which I hope to portray some aspects of my own personality (thoughtful, daft, dreamy, fun....!) so there should be something for everyone on it.
